Historic volunteer firehouse kitchen refresh — durable, versatile equipment

A historic firehouse serving the community since 1874. Volunteers do a lot of scratch cooking (and award-worthy chili). We replaced aging equipment — some over 25 years old — with versatile, heavy-duty pieces built to last another quarter-century and elevate their chili game.

Flood rebuild — high-efficiency bar as focal point

This restaurant was devastated by a flood in the building and had to be re-built. We re-built the kitchen to be more efficient, but put a larger emphasis on the bar. We redesigned the bar to make it the focal point of the dining room, with maximum efficiency for high volume.
