About Me

My name is Drew Madden. I’ve been in the food service industry since I was 13, starting at Dunkin Donuts. I went on to attend Johnson & Wales University for Culinary School and gained hands-on experience working in restaurants, schools, colleges, and nursing homes.

My design philosophy is simple: build kitchens that are future-proof. I incorporate versatile equipment that can adapt to menu changes and evolving staff needs. Every kitchen I design is built to perform, with quality equipment that can withstand the demands of high-volume production.

What sets me apart: I design kitchens with a chef’s mind. I know what chefs need because I’ve been in their shoes. Whether it’s creating a kitchen from a blank space or working within a client’s budget and footprint, I deliver practical, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Meet Archie — our unofficial morale officer. He’s a black lab with two settings: “field inspection” and “sun nap.” Clients say he has an excellent sense for traffic flow (especially between the walk-in and the snack drawer).
